Sports Nonprofit Founder.
Life Coach. Writer.
They say life comes in seven-year cycles. For me, 2013 to 2020 was extraordinary. It upended everything I knew and led me halfway around the world from the U.S. to India to coach sports. I never considered sports to be a career choice. It was always something to do on the side. But in this second act of mine, sports became my cornerstone. I became passionate not in being in competitive, championship-winning teams, but rather, in building teams that were bonded with healthy communication and gender awareness.

- RumiInner Courage
Inner work takes courage. It means connecting to the answers you have within and trusting in those answers despite the noise of the outside world.
My life coaching practice as well as much of my non-profit work and writing focus on inner work and transformation. For life coaching, I specifically work with clients on finding ways to make a regular practice of self-awareness accessible and engaging. In my NGO work, I support coaches and facilitators through their own inner transformation so they can better create spaces of equality, inclusion, and non-judgment for the communities they work in. And in my writing, I give voice to the powerful stories on these themes that often go untold.
